The Kirov Academy is a place where students work together to realize their potential in their art - classical ballet. They push their limits and make new friends for life. Our staff is always there trying to help every step of the way.

Boarding students live in well appointed dormitories. While we cannot replace the parents and friends our boarding students leave behind at home, our Student Life staff works hard to come close. We understand the need to maintain a disciplined environment, yet we also know how important it is that the children and students in our care feel happy, appreciated, understood and at ease.

Student Life services offers twenty-four hour resident staff supervision, medical care by our staff Registered Nurse, in-house banking, a monthly activities calendar and full-time security. All planned activities and outings are supervised and chaperoned by members of our resident staff.

Students participate in the development and structuring of activities, events and excursions by joining planning committees of their choice. Additionally, the Academy offers several on-site recreational outlets, including a recreation room equipped with satellite TV and video, a student lounge, a library that includes an extensive dance video and book collection, as well as a conditioning room.
