With its campus-like setting, spacious dance studios, research library, and dance video collection, a stimulating and challenging educational environment is provided.

The dormitory houses Professional Division students in semi-private accomadations and it is staffed with full-time security personnel, resident advisors, registered nurses and food service professionals, all contributing toward the comfort and well-being of each student.

In addition, the Kirov Academy possesses state-of-the-art body conditioning facilities. Because injury is the primary cause of training disruption and career termination, and because Academy students are here training during stages critical to their growth and future health as an adult, we have initiated a new program: the Wellness and Healthcare for the Adolescent Dancer. The core goals of this program are aimed at achieving and maintaining optimal health by reducing injury rates, speeding recovery, and by fostering the development of tools that will enable each dancer to take responsibility for his or her own well being.
